When our customers need ASME VR repair of PRVs at their sites during shutdowns, turnarounds and outages, Puffer-Sweiven can provide convenient onsite field services with a capacity up to 20 PRV repairs per day.

We provide ASME VR repair of PRVs at our customer sites and deliver the highest capability, capacity and efficiency of any field service unit in Central Texas and the Texas Gulf Coast.

Our capabilities include:

Two dual air/liquid test stands (10” capacity)
16” lathe
One low-pressure vent stand (max size 24”)
In-line PSV testing
Half a ton crane capacity
In-line vent repair

Puffer-Sweiven’s Field Services Fleet comprises:

Two identical 53-foot Field Service Units
One 24-foot Field Service Unit
All self-contained power with generators
