New customers must fill out a Puffer-Sweiven Credit Application Form and provide references to begin the credit evaluation process.

Please note that credit approval is not an immediate process. We will contact you with a decision after carefully reviewing your information. References will be checked and a signature is required to complete the application.

Advance Payments by Wire, ACH, Check and Credit Card will be accepted as an alternative means to bypass this process.
