Our people are our greatest asset. The President’s Council Award allows us to recognize those who have made significant contributions to the company and who embody what it means to be a Puffer-Sweiven employee-owner.
Each year nominations are submitted and seconded by the Company’s managers, supervisors, and executives. All employees of Puffer-Sweiven, regardless of tenure, are eligible for this award.
Employees are nominated based on the following criteria:
• Demonstration of Customer and Company Loyalty
• Can-do Positive Attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Significant and/or strategic
contributions to Puffer-Sweiven’s business results over the long term
• Actions and behaviors that exemplify Employee Ownership Culture
• Exemplary demonstration of Company Core Values
