Quality Process

Quality Process

Puffer-Sweiven's UL-508A certified shop performs uncompromising quality inspections on all our fabrications. All panels must pass a 100% point to point QC test to ensure customers receive a dependable delivered solution without exception. Our quality assurance program also includes:

  • First article inspection on new panel designs
  • FAT Testing – in person or virtual
  • Installation of customer configuration files and application loads – upon request
  • Firmware revision management – upon request
